We are delighted that Hidden Disabilities Sunflower in the Nordics has been named the Goodtalks Special Award winner at the Danish Diversity Awards 2023. The Danish Diversity Award is an annual award show held in collaboration between Goodtalks and DI - Dansk Industri, in Industriens Hus in Copenhagen on 3 May 2023. The awards celebrate concrete actions, efforts and behavior that challenge conventional thinking and contribute to strengthen diversity and inclusion in organisations.
Ditte Vigsø, Goodtalks explains why HD Sunflower was named as the winner for the Goodtalks Special Award:
"A small thing with a big impact. This is how to describe the winner of this year's Goodtalk special award, which makes the invisible visible and helps people with invisible disabilities to show that they need help, support, patience, detailed explanations or just a little more time - and helps us all to become better at being considerate. It is a flower many of us know and on a green cord it becomes the Sunflower Lanyard.”
